What good output looks like

Good output names the evidence it used, explains the reasoning, and gives you something specific to act on: a format to try, a topic to avoid, a bet to make, a calendar slot to fill.

If a result is too generic, the most common cause is a vague input or an under-labelled video library. Add labels to your most important formats and topics, then regenerate.
